Shirley M. Hermelin served several years in the high net worth maritine services industry as a high net worth travel consultant. In the year 2000 her career took her into the realm of health and retirement benefit services at a major service provider for retirees. In 2004 she entered into the legal industry under the Law Offices of Frank Muna, first as a legal assistant, and ultimately as a paralegal under Attorney Christen Holder. In 2007 she enhanced her focus into financial/estate planning document services through California Trust Services and strives to help her client's protect, plan and proact upon opportunities through cost effecient and effective legal document services, recording and filings under the mentorship and guidence of legal counsel.

Ms. Hermelin is also actively involved in diversity awareness, and cross-cultural empowerment workshops through Forum workshops focussed on helping her client's attain their highest possibilities and potentials through integrity and self-acutalization.

She is also involved in the Jewish community while balancing her civil rights values tracing back to her teenage participation at Woodstock.

CHRISTINE (BLISS) FALOTICO
Paralegal

Christen Holder is our voluntary consultant and atttorney advisor to our paralegal firm. She has an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University, JD from New College of California School of Law, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University.

She has experience in estate planning, insurance, civil litigation, tax and criminal defense, and worked as an elder-abuse attorney intern within the District Attorney's Office.

Christen also has experiences as a former board member of the Miller Project, a non-profit organization to help provide housing, hospice care and resource services to victims of AIDS. She is a grace focussed Christian who regularly volunteers at Rotary, Toastmasters and other philanthropic civil rights organizations in our community.
